Choose a vehicle and submit your preferred dates, pickup location and contact details. NGM confirms availability, eligibility and the final quote before a rental is booked. Sending a request does not confirm a reservation.
Where does NGM Luxe Rentals operate?
NGM serves Tampa Bay, Ocala and Central Florida. Share your hotel, home or preferred pickup point with the team to confirm arrangements and any applicable delivery charges.
What is the daily mileage allowance?
Exotics include 125 miles per day, Luxury 150, Premium 175 and Economy 200. Ask about additional mileage and its cost before your reservation is confirmed.
What license and insurance do I need?
A valid driver license and matching payment credentials are required. Proof of active comprehensive and collision coverage is required unless qualifying coverage is arranged with NGM. Eligibility and coverage must be verified before pickup.
Are deposits and fees included in the daily rate?
A daily rate is not the final total. Security deposits, applicable surcharges, processing fees and any agreed extras are confirmed in your quote and rental agreement.
Can I add another driver?
Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle. Contact NGM to verify an additional driver’s eligibility, documentation and any applicable charges before driving.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Contact NGM promptly to change or cancel your request. Refund and change terms depend on the individual reservation and signed agreement; ask the team to confirm these before making payment.
Is chauffeur transportation available?
Chauffeur service is offered in the Cadillac Escalade ESV and Lincoln Navigator L Premium with a two-hour minimum. Eight-hour bookings start at $500. The team confirms the vehicle, itinerary and final price.
